Return & Refund Policy

At Martindale Healthcare, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing high-quality healthcare and nutraceutical products. If you experience any issue with your order, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product was expired at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products with damaged or missing original packaging.
  • Products that have been tampered with after delivery.
  • Products returned without prior approval.

Exchange Policy

If your return request is approved, we will arrange a replacement for the damaged, defective, or incorrect product at no additional cost.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement cannot be provided.

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was caused by Martindale Healthcare.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
